website, and associated services (“Service”) operated by Creative Industries Inc. (“Company,” “we,”
“our,” or “us”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not
agree, do not use the Service.
2. ELIGIBILITY
The Service is intended for individuals who have reached the age of majority under applicable law. By
using the Service, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
Certain regions may impose additional age restrictions, and we reserve the right to adjust eligibility
requirements as needed to comply with applicable laws.
3. USE OF THE SERVICE
You agree to use the Service solely for personal, non-commercial streaming and viewing purposes in
accordance with these Terms. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification, or exploitation of
the Service or its content is strictly prohibited.
4. ADVERTISING AND THIRD-PARTY CONTENT
The Service is free and supported by advertising. You acknowledge that advertisements may appear
before, during, or after content playback. The Service may also include links or integrations to
third-party content or services. We are not responsible for the accuracy, legality, or availability of such
third-party materials unless otherwise required by law.
5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
All rights, title, and interest in and to the Service, including all content, trademarks, designs, and
software, are owned by or licensed to the Company. Users receive a limited, non-exclusive,
non-transferable license to use the Service for personal entertainment purposes only. Any unauthorized
use is strictly prohibited.

ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE COMPANY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL,
CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE,
EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
10. TERMINATION
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time, without notice, for any
reason, including to comply with law, ensure security, or protect our rights and interests.
11. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the
State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. All disputes shall be resolved exclusively
in the courts located in Wyoming.
12. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS
We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time as permitted by applicable law. Continued
use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

electronically (via email, in-app notification, or website update) shall be deemed valid and effective.

14. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding your use of the
Service and supersede all prior understandings or agreements, whether written or oral, relating to the
same subject matter.
15. SEVERABILITY AND WAIVER
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain
in full force and effect. Failure to enforce any provision shall not constitute a waiver of that or any other
provision.
